Not in a million years. I never thought the looked great before that odious cretin Musk decided to rule the world. I’m not a fan of electric cars anyway. I borrowed one (an Audi Q something) for a day six months ago. It was a strange experience.
Now that dreadful man is doing what he’s doing I hope they go down the pan. I’d buy a Chinese horror box before I’d buy a Tesla, if I have to buy one at all. |  | | |

I just had a look at the shares and they seem to be bouncing around some important looking red line, so in my expert analysis (no really... honest govt), if they breach that, they're screwed.

My wife just bought a Kia EV3 through her business and it feels like the future wrapped up in a car. I've never driven a Tesla so can't compare but the Kia is an excellent drive with a range of 350 miles (real life probably more like 300). Plus it has Kia's 7 year warranty. | | | |

Well we will all be forced to buy one of the dratted things eventually.
One interesting thing if you buy one is the rate their value dissolves. Partly because the technology, range and reliability is changing rapidly. Add in hydrogen fuel powered options, if they can ever produce the fuel cheaply enough, and the motoring world will look a very different place motoring wise in 10 or 15 years time.
I’ll stay with my planet burner for the time being. 55 miles to the gallon, quicker than Starmer grabbing a free Taylor Swift ticket and a guaranteed 550 mile range. And it hacks off that oddball zealot Milliband. Hooray! | | | |

All non Chinese car manufacturers will be bankrupt in 10 years or owned by a Chinese company.
Nobody can compete with the low labour cost in China. It's time people accepted that. Personally I don't have an issue if the Chinese want to give us cheap cars because they can basically employ slave labour without any employment protects.
Germany especially needs to wake up and if they want their car industry to survive they need to start lowering their employment protect rules.
You only have to look at the loses the VW group made last year, and Audi also just announced 7000 job losses.
Tesla will go the same way. Although one thing Tesla has which is still a large income for them is the batteries used in homes attached to solar panels |  | | |
