He’s playing in the gold cup (concacaf) currently,it’s going on on the west coast of the states while the world club is on the east….fantastic scheduling…. I watched him the other day.

Agyemang aha, Wolfie at the back etc. …I’m sold!
Agyemang in attack, Wolfie in the stands...
Not sure what the quality of the MLS is compared to the Championship. Would say it's a reasonable step down. With about five weeks to go before the start of the season, it would be nice to get someone over the line.
Perhaps KMc can work his magic to the benefit of both Town and the player.
Just going off that one video (not much), I'd say he has good balance, power and pace and good natural timing in shoulder-to-shoulder contacts which is a knack Delap had but not really any of our other strikers - and I'm not sure you can teach it. At 24, he looks well worth the investment.

Can easily believe there could be something in this. Looks a McKenna type striker.
Very much in the Kieffer Moore mould but with added step overs.
Not fast, but probably quicker than he looks (if that makes sense?) clearly a big strong lad. Clearly has composure in front of goal which is something you either have or don't imo.
Happy for a link like this, but is Fab is reporting Derby closing in, then that's probably right.

Physically you can see why he's one we would be linked with, he reminds me a bit of Hirst in his style based on that clip. Looks a little green but he's got a handful of USA caps and averaging a goal every other game at international level, so he's got something about him.
Interesting pick up for Derby if that's true.
Personally I think we need someone more proven over here to yin yang with Hirst. We had a punt with Al-Hamadi but we've got the luxury of deeper pockets and pulling power now, and its an area we absolutely have to get right.

I think if he came in it might be instead of Ali rather than as the immediate competition for Hirst with Ali going on loan or moving permanently.
Think there's a good chance we bring in 2 - one with development potential and one more ready for now.

Don't disagree with that. I don't see a route back for AAH personally, I would think he's done here and will leave this summer.
We certainly need 2 in, I wouldn't be surprised if 1 is a young loanee from the PL who we can give senior squad exposure to, who effectively starts as that 3rd choice but will no doubt play a decent amount of football given the rotation. Its a really interesting area to see what we do over the next couple of months. Absolutely vital to how we're set up and one where we're now as short, if not more short than we are in any other area of the pitch, including CM which is the other problem area.

I agree. Much as I'd love Ali to come good here, I don't think he's a suitable option for a top Championship team, Agyemang looks a more natural player to me, with an excellent physique and balance. I thought he looked reasonably pacy on that video, others say not so, but as a third choice he looks excellent.
I have watched a fair bit of him over the past year for nerdy reasons.
Certainly has the physical profile required but he is so raw, touch is not great, weak in the air technically still needs a lot of work. Not sure on this one.
