And then thrown it into his own net. Really poor though that from Walton. They'd not threatened since the second minute, you can't be switching off like that and gifting them a goal. Gives them something to hold on to now.

Not sure any player “getting minutes”;is staking a claim to be a regular starter. Lacklustre and disinterested.

Pedant alert... They're very much uninterested, but very much not disinterested.

oh dear (n/t) on 20:51 - Aug 12 with 1241 views | baxterbasics | Unacceptable all over the pitch. Moan about Walton sure, but we’ve mustered ONE shot on target the whole half, An improvement compared to Brum sure, but this is league 2 oppo. This team needs to buck its ideas up.

If endlessly running down cul-de-sacs with your head down is good, he's had a cracking game.

Ogbenne looks like he doesn't trust himself to get up to full speed. Clarke had one performance against Villa where I thought he was going to be amazing. I don't know what's going on, but it's just not happening for him. To be fair, the whole team was poor that half. Even Young had misplaced passes. The midfield lads have a chance to stake a claim and there's no intensity or drive there. All very safe.

Ogbene looks way off it to me. AAH is out of his depth. Clarke at least is trying. What the feck Walton was up to for the goal is anyones guess! Overall nobody is coming out of this with much credit so far.

Agree with Ogbene, looks like he’s holding back.

Are you surprised, listen to any pro talking about coming back after serious injury as it takes time to fully commit the body again.
oh dear (n/t) on 20:59 - Aug 12 with 696 views | Smoresy | Smaller point, I don't understand Woolf's positioning in the event keeper stayed on his line - did he retreat to the back anticipating a Walton glove? Thought the space given for the header earlier in the game was a worry too.
