As much as Blue Action have helped the atmosphere at PR over the past few years, I really think the stubbornness of them trying to force new songs that clearly are not catching on is causing a negative atmosphere.
I can visibly see fans in the lower north laughing at some of the songs coming from the left.
Can we have one week where we just sing the old school songs, they seem to carry around the ground. |  |

SBRU (3) had a good vibe last night with a few up there starting songs and people joining in. I am not on board with the stereotyping of areas though, theres a good mix around where I sit who enjoy the banter and sing a long.

Interestingly I think it's worse when people consider 'their' seat more important than the atmosphere at a game 30K attend. By all means, get first pick of where you move to, have the club liaise to move groups together, but think about the bigger picture.

Rather than move them as a block I think you'd actually get a better atmosphere if there were little pockets of them spread out through the stadium but close enough to each other that they can hear what the chant is. It tends to be when you get a few people in each stand joining in that those who tend to sing less then end up joining in.

For me, football is about, apart from all the things Sir Bobby said (the passion, the belonging etc) its about meeting up with people from different walks of life that you wouldn't normally meet and whose company I enjoy , but with a common love (ITFC) . Infront of me are 2 NHS workers, lovely people, to my left an electrician and his daughter, behind are an ex mikman and a female sound engineer. Why should I move seat and lose years of friendships that in other walks of life would not of developed. We sing, we enjoy, we are happy, its like everything in life now, everyone wants to enforce their beliefs on you and wont leave you alone, wether its religion, sexual preferance or what tooth paste to use. I like my seat, am in the leave me alone catogory and reluctant to move. | | | |

Is there a worse seat than SBRL? I mean the view is terrible & I reckon about 75% of current occupants only sit there “for the atmosphere” rather than wanting to contribute too it.

Would agree, Kieran McKenna doesn’t quite scan in the song. It needs to be four syllables like when it was used for Marcus Harness. Bit like when we have tried the Tequila one for “Chuba” the two syllables doesn’t quite scan when it should be three.
