Am sure there are areas where people choose to speak their native tongue, but that's a long way from assuming they cant speak English.
A street that has everyone from a community will also have lots of kids who are fluent in English not to mention the vast majority of the mums and dads too.

Funny you write that Benters because the highest concentrations of white faces are found in the northern states. The southern states are by some margin the more ethnically and racially diverse. Texas, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, leaving aside more obvious answers like Hawaii and New Mexico, these contain some of the lowest percentages of white population in the country. |  | | |
