| Would you rather on 14:30 - Mar 2 with 1279 views | MattinLondon | Spurs, without a doubt. West Ham fans do come across as entitled loudmouths but they do know what relegation is like. Through humbling it won’t be as big a deal as what it’ll be for spurs. Spurs fans will have little experience of relegation- think they were relegated once in the mid-seventies? But it will be devastating for them. Plus, it’ll be a lot funnier if they went down rather than West Ham. | | | |
| Would you rather on 14:30 - Mar 2 with 1278 views | soupytwist | It's a close run thing but I think I'd rather it were Spurs. They've not been in the second tier for quite a while whereas West Ham have been relatively recently, although not in their new home. I wouldn't be surprised if West Ham struggled in the Championship if they were to end up there, whereas even Spurs should be able to get back up straightaway. Spurs fans would of course think that they're the biggest club to get relegated out of the Premier League, conveniently forgetting former European champions and more recent winners of the top flight, Aston Villa. | | | |
| Would you rather on 14:32 - Mar 2 with 1260 views | SouthfieldsBlue | Definitely Spurs, West Ham need to have a fire sale this summer, so even if they stay up they will struggle again next season. I can't see Spurs being as terrible.again. | | | |

That would indeed be the dream and whilst anything can happen, Wolves and Burnley look too far adrift to get out of trouble to me

| Would you rather on 15:02 - Mar 2 with 1038 views | OldFart71 | I would say given the fact that Spurs have had an horrendous injury list they would be stronger than West Ham in the Championship. Whilst we all want Town to be promoted and they have an excellent chance if the worst happened and we didn't go up we may be weaker than we currently are because the likes of Davis, Matisuwa and Philogene would be coveted by those promoted and some lesser teams in the Premier League already. Also we would most likely lose Neil as he's not contracted and then there's Engeli and Mehmeti who could also be targeted. | | | |
| Would you rather on 15:05 - Mar 2 with 1020 views | _CliveBaker_ | Spurs, especially if we go up. Lets say we did manage to go up with Cov and Boro, I'd be thinking how do we finish above both of those and 1 other next season. That 1 other is perhaps more likely if West Ham are around, they're skint and a bit of a mess. Maybe a difficult 2nd season syndrome for a Sunderland or Leeds. Forest could struggle again. Starts to feel somewhat possible that a promoted side or 2 could survive. Spurs are more likely to sort themselves out a bit into mid table than West Ham are next season. Also it would be very funny, not that West Ham dropping wouldn't. | | | |

Spurs will be a lot stronger than West Ham if either of them were relegated - as they stand now. But, and I do think that it’s a very big but, how many of Spurs players will put pressure on their agents to force a move away from a championship club? How many of their players would Spurs have had relegation clauses inserted into their contracts? Considering their stadium debt and lack of PL money (yet alone CL money) I’m not sure how much of a budget they’ll have in the Championship - probably not enough to buy Jaden.

I read something saying spurs players' contracts have no relegation clauses. (Chuckle)

| Would you rather on 15:22 - Mar 2 with 927 views | Churchman | Spurs would be funny. But sorry, it has to be West Ham. A scumbag club followed by the dregs of the planet. I had more trouble with them back in the days of hooliganism than any others. Entitled, full of the brown stuff with a misguided sense of their own importance. They treated John Lyall disgracefully and robbed the taxpayer with that move to the Olympic Stadium. I’m glad it’s not worked out too well. They should also have been thrown out of the PL for playing a couple of unregistered players (dogface Tevez and another) but got let off for no reason whatsoever beyond suspicious ones. Lastly, I’ve never forgiven them for 1975. Their kit is horrible too as is the East End. I think that covers it. Obviously, the shower up the road are our rivals, but I detest West Ham more. Spurs? Couldn’t give a monkeys about them. | | | |

Now that’s funny if it’s the case. Just imagine them trying to ship out the rubbish high earners that’d got them relegated and the other clubs saying ‘errr, no thanks’… Admin, stadium sold off to a recycling company, supporters all changing allegiance to Arsenal - quite plausible as fans in the cities choose their clubs.
| Would you rather on 16:27 - Mar 2 with 752 views | J2BLUE | Spurs would walk the Championship like Newcastle did. Wishful thinking that they would screw it up. I'd rather West Ham came down generally but if we go up then i'd rather Spurs came down because my number one priority is Town's success. | |
