So how do QPR usually play? 02:18 - Apr 29 with 3327 viewsJoey_Joe_Joe_Junior

Have seen naff all of them this year.

High press, open, low block away? Isn’t that Burrell that teams have been looking out injured?

Now with the playoffs top 8 next year they need to be competing against the likes of Millwall in mid table and get rid of those pesky parachuete teams!

Poll: Ok gut feeling then, promotion?

They are a bit of a 'nothing' side from what I've seen. No definitive style I'd say. More of a mid block than anything. Millwall carved them open multiple times in their recent home game. Their manager looks likely to move on in the summer too.

Yes, Burrell sustained a fresh injury against Derby. They are missing senior players at both ends of the pitch. They've also lost their last three and are winless in five.

It's probably as close to the Exeter League 1 scenario as you'd want.

Burrell is definitely out at the weekend. I’m sure one or two others will also have a knock as they look forward to their summer holidays!

Let's hope so.

I'm actually glad we're playing QPR rather than Oxford, Oxford have something about them, a bit of grit and steel, they won't want to end on a negative, QPR look like they had the suncream out in March.

I'm not so sure it's that close to the Exeter game. QPR pushed Derby last week, and judging by their fans opinion, they really should've won the Derby game. They seem to be suffering from plenty of injuries, though.

This is the Championship, I'm fairly certain there will be drama on the last day, lets just hope we're not involved in it!

I've heard from a respected qpr fan that not only are they are already on the beach, they're on their sunloungers with their legs elevated, their legs in casts.

I was chatting to one at work yesterday, his view was the same, their season finished in early April very much going through the motions with a number of players set to move on.

I think I made that more Clive than he did. I didn't ask him him how he was, just wanted to know if they were on the beach yet!

One of the highlights whenever we play QPR is reading his post-match report.

Do they want anyone on loan next season? Egeli or Chuba maybe?

I’m sure we could (cough) ‘sort something’ if they’re interested.

That was their last home game of the season so stands to reason they'd have been a bit more 'up for it' to try and bow out on a high.

I think if we get ahead we'll stay ahead and not look back to be honest.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

As long as we're more than 1 goal ahead with 20 minutes to go, I'll be happy. If there's only 1 in it, it has potential to get super nervy.

Feels like in the suite of promotion experiences we are currently missing "overcome a scare on the final day". I wonder if that will come on Saturday but would also back us to recover if QPR score early.

I’ve seen QPR several times this season due to a close pal having 2 season tickets (including our 4-1 when I had to sit on my hands). They are pretty average, poor defensively and use route 1. With the atmosphere at Portman Road being like it was against Huddersfield 2 seasons ago god willing we will be okay.

I know they usually play without Poku, who has had an awful time with injuries all season.

Yep, Poku is out for Saturday too. The only player we should really be watching closely is Chair. He's the one who can pull a rabbit out of the hat.

He runs like he's got an extra pair of legs, too.

I'm reading that Kone is likely to be out on Saturday too, along with Burrell.

Senior defenders like Cook, Dunne and Mbengue also expected to be missing too.

Such an opportunity here.

Didn't we say similar before we played injury-ridden Stoke?

I'd rather we were playing tired senior pros, rather than fresh kids with a point to prove.

Errrr, I don't remember saying that, no?

I think Stoke away on a cold Tues night is very different to hosting a weakened QPR that have lost 19, conceded 70, can't go down and in front of 30k full house.
