The red kit is one of our all time worst, in my opinion. Pretty certain our record in it was very poor too.

I think in long sleeve it’s one of the best. All 3 kits this season in long sleeve are a thing of beauty.

It's going to be Bukta Sports. That or Le Coq Sportif.

"The Sporting Cock"?

Won't that just be Ashton's face emblazoned on the front of the shirt?

For me personally, Nike would be a bit meh. I’ve always been puzzled how they have such bang average designs given the size of the company. Looking at the World Cup kits Adidas have once again beat them hands down.

Indeed - I've just put together an order for some Chinese shirts for in the gym and on holiday this summer. All of them Adidas, with the exception of the French shirt, which is by Nike and rather nice.

Also we're an Adidas team not Nike. Would seem wrong.

I just want the trefoil 70s/80s kit!

I've never liked Nike kits, they always seems to lack the class that Adidas has, maybe it's the stripes. We had an FA driven Nike link up at the junior club I'm involved with and...well, the socks were decent.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Bring back Punch I reckon, had some cracking shirts with them. I’m guessing it’d be pretty hard to do now but I wonder if it worked how much more cash it’d generate the club.

If we went down the Punch route again I suspect we would go all the way and market kits for other clubs.

Agreed but even Adidas we’d likely get a template.

For all the criticism they’ve received, I’ve really liked the Umbro kits with the exception of this years away kit.

If we are to have a new supplier, I’d love to see Hummel. Always thought Coventry’s kits have looked good and all three they’ve just released for Bournemouth look decent too.

It's the fit of Umbro that annoys me, just not cut properly.

The first shirt was a masterpiece, the rest have all been a bit meh.

I'd also like to see Hummel, but I wonder with our American ownership we go down a US brand like New Balance, Under Armour or Nike.

Or it stays as Umbro - I read earlier that Castore are picking and choosing which brand they use for which team.

I hope so because that CAStore stuff is rubbish quality and the latest England cricket kits they do are so expensive, 50quid for training shirts 75 quid for main tops and their justification is football tops are that expensive and they couldn't even get the odi kit right, the sleeves section doesn't fit with the main body design. Like basic design elements.

Ive heard some of the f1 teams that use them arent chuffed with them either and trying to alter their deals

Our away record wasn't actually that bad in the end

We finished 7th in the away table and there wasn't much between us and those above us

Agreed, it's an ugly kit though!

"and all three they’ve just released for Bournemouth look decent too"

I thought they'd only just announced the partnership - not released any of the kits yet? I've seen a few concept kits, but nothing official.

Someone had shared images of the full kits (I can no longer find it) but it turns out they’re fake anyway as they were the same as these:

It’s something that has been ticked off.

Now that's exciting. Have we ever been with Nike?

Perhaps as we are Premier League we shouldn't have Winalot as our sponsors
