If VAR had allowed it against us, Dermot Gallagher would be justifying it because it was accidental, above the shirt sleeve, made no real difference to the direction of travel of the ball and rule 13.35b subsection 15 allows for it.

Just seen that the ref was Tim Robinson - the ref who didn’t give the blatant penalty against Leicester, when Chaplin was taken out and the sent off Phillips.

No surprise he made a poor decision, he is a woeful ref.
