Missed our one big chance against Sunderland as well. He looks like he's got a bit of spark, but then so do Dobra and Lankester, and as you say they get bombed out back to the under 23s if they don't deliver after a couple of games in the side. Thomas will be given a chance to turn it around. It's really not the way we should be doing things. |  |

We pretty much play the same team, no real reason to change it unless injuries. Maybe bring in Chambers at CB and probably Edwards for Sears, but other than that, keep a winning team. |  |

The pitch won’t look good but it is unlikely to be a quagmire. The covers will be off sometime before kick off to mark pitch etc. Temperature at kick off will be -3c.
Team wise. No changes at the back, Bishop in a midfield three of academy players, Judge and Edwards behind either Parrott or Norwood. Judge playing as a more traditional 10, and Edwards, constantly switching flanks, playing wider.

Parrott is miles ahead of Norwood, especially playing up top alone. Could see that just from his intelligent movement and link up play. Something Norwood lacks for me, think Norwood needs to be in a 2. |  | | |

Firstly you don't know who is feeling the effects, so unless you know personally, you can't factor this into your equation.
