It does seem that he may have to drop to Championship level in an attempt to revive his career. He is only 26 and his talent is beyond question. The way that KM can revive struggling players would mean he would be class IMO. He can also play as a target man striker. [Post edited 28 Apr 2023 20:35]

Why would you take a player that was good once, has made his dough and spent recent seasons doing zippo? A big time charlie wandering about wasting his career away.
He is the complete opposite to the type of player the club has brought in over the past season or two.
We could always try Chopra again and see if McKenna could revive his struggling career. Jermaine Defoe? ‘Could do a job’.
Not in million years.
