To me its a functional signing....it doesn't excite me. I'm sure he could do a job here and he'll get my support but, in my opinion, he doesn't strengthen the team to a level that excites me.

Totally the opposite for me. Have you seen the video of his highlights? Really exciting player - pacy, twinkletoes tricks, built like a tank & uses his strength to out-muscle defenders, versatile in his positions up front.
A kind of hybrid of Delap & Hutch! I think he could make a huge difference for us. | |
