Mehmeti is not getting any where near the 10 position in the Premier League squad. I'm pretty sure Maeda, Egeli, or even Akpom would get the nod over him. We have plenty that can play that role. Of course none of them are likely to be at Ensicos level but he's been a standout player, so that's no surprise. |  | | |

I’d say it’s only not harsh because it’s no different to any game he’s played for us. We laid out a significant amount of money for McAteer and he’s been no short of useless. Offers absolutely nothing, isn’t difficult to run around a lot.

I don't think he's going to make it at PL level, but he's talented enough to remain a decent asset for us - a champ club would buy for £8m-£10m
He's got a decision to make in January if he's not getting into many matchday squads

Without his improvement and contribution in the last month of last season we may have had to settle for the lottery in the play offs.
Given what champ clubs pay for players these days we maybe paid 4-5m max over the top and we paid that to get him out of Leicester because we thought he was vital in that area. | | | |

He’s technically not at the level. First touch is poor, as is the quick release. To compensate he almost always needs two touches unless he’s running onto the ball which isn’t what we need.
