£110k list price, easily £50k - £100k structural work and modernising. God knows what work the electrics and plumbing needs. I doubt even an investor would be able to turn much of a profit here. £75k is the most I would pay, and even then it would be for an ambitious £10k profit.
I bet you someone will get it, do a slap dash job on it, then rent it out as a multi tennancy.
The sad truth is, people will rent it too. The average house price is £130-200K in that area of Sheffield, so unless someone makes out like a bandit on the auction - this is a negative investment. [Post edited 28 May 2021 0:18]

I can't see that it would cost that much to turn round as a small terrace - structurally doesn't look anything obvious with it.
Total strip out, new bathroom and kitchn, new cheap flooring, skim worst areas and full redec and you could do that for £25-30k tops. | |
