The current clubshop is not that old, no need to move it already.
Some form of hospitality, as others suggest, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc.
Longer term, it should be the main entrance to the stadium, its the way most approach the ground, so should be a really impressive "this is Portman Road" type thing. New changing rooms, warm up areas, etc. |  |
