Be a good signing on a permanent basis.

But not a 8 million pounds gamble and probably had a better scholarship at Arsenal.

Would be very happy about this if true. Guy looks talented, feel champ will suit his game even more than L1.

Had a few good moments but looked very weak and easily pushed off the ball. Hopefully if true, he isn't coming in to rival Ladapo......

Better than spunking 6m to 8m on Simms! TJJ did a good job for us in the first half of the season. IF we sign him I'm happy with that.

Remember this goal? (50 secs in, yes it's Shrewsbury etc etc)

It was a class goal but i wouldnt see him and ladapo as a strong unit ip front who are gonna get us 20 goals a season this where spending a bit of money bri gs in quality dont mind hom as a squad player but not the main man and hopefullly its no more than a million

People said that last season. How many goals did the wider striking unit get (including Chaplin, Broadhead, Harness, Burns, Jackson, as well as TJJ and Ladapo)?

The injury record is a gamble, but I'd be entirely happy to see him back at Ipswich.

Fair that a bit of risk with his injury record but worth taking if the price/wages are right because he is very talented. Happy to see him come back and was a fantastic person fit by sounds of it.

Yes but we know Mckenna likes to change things around the 60 min mark,TJJ is a better replacement for Broadhead,Chaplin and Burns than we currently have in the squad so a big improvement for me

Only really a gamble if the fee/wages don't reflect his patchy injury record.

What was the injury and is it a recurring one?

No chance.

Average at best in league one, not a player we'd look to pursue now.

Move along.

….once they fall off once, there’s every chance they’ll fall off again.

Doesn't seem a popular opinion but I'm inclined to agree. Not with the average league one at best bit as it's a bit early to say, and he could improve. But he's had a history of injuries, when he did play in the championship previously with Blackpool I know they were very underwhelmed by him, and tbh I never saw a lot from him in a Town shirt to make me think he's a player that will kick us on a level. Arguably a better option than an ageing Aluko and an inconsistent Harness, but not one that you look at and think 'yeah, he could be the difference'. He won't dislodge Chaplin or Broadhead and you wouldn't play him through the middle ahead of Ladapo.

If KM wants him, it's because he's good enough I reckon.

Well we wanted to sign him permanently in January, had it not been for his injury.
