The forecast for Monday in Washington is for a nice sunny day, -5°C. Which is absolutely nothing. We were in Maine in 2018 when the ‘beast from the East’ turned up and daytime temperatures didn’t rise above -12°C for several weeks. She probably takes it to new heights, but is similar to many politicians in having supreme self-confidence and a complete lack of humility and self-awareness in relation to her failings.
If mere mortals such as us had done what she had done, we would have gone to ground.
