....Villa will beat us if we go back to 2 behind Delap and also we won't create any chances.
If we stick to 3 behind Delap, they'll still probably beat us but at least we'll give them something to think about defensively.
I really hope KM doesn't crap himself and give up our attacking intent in the vain hope that we can stop VIlla scoring, because we won't. |  |

Broady looks like a 20 mill summer signing imo.
Looks a completely different player to the one we've had the last couple seasons.
He's also the only player it seems in the front line who can pick a pass. | |

I don't think Johnson has showed enough to be a starter although I can see an argument for him to finish there if required. Omari has had a break and really should be starting against Villa. Same with Delap really, I don't have anything against Hirst starting but Delap is still the one that can cause a bit of panic in the opposition. |  | | |

I do think it depends which version of delap is out there. Chelsea version was unplayable. But there's been many games around it where he's still a battering ram but imo wasn't really that influential for us.
Let's not forget he is still young and playing the role properly for the first time. It's to be expected that he will blow hot and cold. I just think if we rotate others. Let's route the strikers and see if it helps. We don't have anything to lose. | |

Really surprised no-one is calling for Jack Clarke to get back-to-back starts.
The lad is crying out for some continuity and a chance to build some confidence. To bench him after Coventry would be a real shame IMO.
