Not sure if that's true.
What I've read from their fans was they had to stick to a budget and they used most of that up on Brooks from Sheff U for 8 million. I think they've been relatively frugal during the summer. Also, if they need cash they can sell a striker or two for good cash. Sargent went for 15 million or so. They seem to do well bringing in srikers who usually turn in a good profit.
Their problem is in defence. And it's a joy to watch and I really want to see them turn on Clement... the best manager in the Championship according to the Reeves boys. | | | |
