Do everyone else's jeans... 17:15 - Sep 12 with 4616 views | chicoazul | ...wear out at the crotch within a year or so? Or do I have an un-naturally chafing inner thigh? I don't buy expensive ones, tend to be Uniqlo or Topshop. Pretty much every pair without fail do this apart from a raw pair I bought from H&M. They always wear through in the exact same place and the exact same way. Aware me TWTD of why this is and who else it happens to.

Do everyone else's jeans... on 17:44 - Sep 12 with 3560 views | Kieran_Knows | Funny you say that, I’ve just had some jeans from Topman which I had for about a year and the crotch wore out. That said, I’ve had several pairs over the years from there and it’s never happened before, so hopefully it was just a one off!

I disagree - my ten quid pretend levis brought from a charity shop are still going strong years later.

Do everyone else's jeans... on 17:58 - Sep 12 with 3513 views | clive_baker | Yeah always, but then I also buy £30 topman jeans so expect little more. Always on the right hand side on the crotch. Wears through, initially the strands hold it together but not long before a hole and bin. I had always put it down to the fact I’ve got a massive chopper.

Do everyone else's jeans... on 18:45 - Sep 12 with 3432 views | Pendejo | Having fat thighs this has happened to me for years; not just jeans, most annoyingly was when I used to buy suits higher up the price scale. I would though also balance that out with a pair of jeans I bought in Lincoln @ 10 years ago which have only recently given up in this way... in the main a years use is what I get out of trousers before they fail in that way.

Do everyone else's jeans... on 08:13 - Sep 13 with 3004 views | peterleeblue | Levis mate - Factory outlet 2 for £99.00. I have 4 pairs of 511 in different shadings etc and 2 pairs have lasted 4 years and the other 2 and no signs of looking overly tatty. I pretty much rotate them all for work and weekends and they still look OK and wearing well. I keep telling myself I am due another 2 pairs but I look at the ones I have and think they are fine why waste money. As someone said you get what you pay for!

I don't like Levis in general and 501s specifically, the denim is generally too thick for me and they bunch too much at the calf (never skip leg day). I will take a run at a pair of 511 though. I had a Diesel pair which were £150 IIRC and they wore through so I dont agree with this get what you pay for motto.
