So yet another weekend has passed with pubs closing farcically early and more issues being caused by people just drinking loads in a short period of time.
I think enough is enough, we need to stop being defensive over this. Open up stadiums and venues and let us get on with life.

Depends I suppose bit it’s not just for me watching football. It’s a wider debate about how much the liberty of 99% of people is worth |
If you are so keen on defending liberty then I am sure you will want to say thank you to the most vulnerable generation today by doing everything you can to protect them
Just bear in mind many of that generation didn’t just have a few months of inconvenience by not be able to watch footie, go to the pub or wearing a face masks
For many it was 6 years, for many it was their whole life

Nothing there regarding long term effects but what about the long term effects of lock down?

The chance of death are individual, those numbers are for the general case and don't take into account post-C19 effects of people who have had it (which seem like they could be serious).

So quite a lot of caveats in there you failed to mention. C19 isn't going to kill everyone, it might not kill more than 1% of people infected but that still a lot of people if you let it run free given it's high infectious.
I doubt your table is of any comfort to those who have already lost people or anyone who is lost going forward. If you view is that some have to die so everyone else can go about their business then that is one way of looking at it, it's just not one everyone shares with you.
