McGoldrick was for me the best player by a distance. It was a pleasure to watch him play. The player with the biggest contribution was Murphy. I thought he was a right old donkey when he turned up. But I was very wrong. Good player and badly missed. After that, Cresswell. A smashing player. A proper fullback. |  | | |

McGoldrick was class, obviously had injuries, but lovely player.
Murphy was superb, one season he was pretty much unplayable, talk about purple patches!
Chambers will always have detractors, but ultimately played out of position for a lot of his tenure, but key in some of our best seasons, whether he makes it as best player in terms of ability, maybe not, but his contribution should not be underestimated.
Cresswell was cultured, Mings was good, but he's blossomed far more since leaving.
