I popped into the club shop earlier as in area and naively thought I could chance getting my season ticket in there but no. In terms of the phone system I was told they only have 40 open connections they can take to get into the cue, once they exceed that the call just gets dropped. If trying to call and really want to get sorted today only way is to just keep calling until you get connected, once connected you then join a cue that tells you where you are.
I did this earlier and tried countless times to connect, once connected I was instantly placed at number 8 in the cue and was then a further 30 minutes holding having to listen to the same music on loop with an occasional update message saying where I was in the cue. [Post edited 7 Jun 2021 13:58]
