Some fella called Päül Lämbßert apparently. He’s supposed to be very German and a big B. Dortmund Star. Good luck!

Farke off on 21:05 - Nov 6 with 1980 views | timothyeo | Looks like a stupid decision from here. However it does show the difference in ambition and ruthlessness between them and us. We let Lambert stay a year too long then treat Cook as a messiah for having us firmly midtable in League One.

if the aim is to stay up then why on earth didnt the board give farke the money to invest and have that chance. also, if the aim is now to stay up its going to be a short term manager fix, fat sam for example, who if he fails, will leave next year then you need to re-build with a new manager. if they realise you'll probably go down this year anyway then why not keep him so he can win the championship again next season. all seems very odd

Honestly and with the massive proviso that I know nothing, this is mad. Unless Pep fancies a real challenge. Edit: apart from anything, I thing we owed him a bit more than this. [Post edited 6 Nov 2021 21:36]

Proven he can take you up, so if the model is to yo-yo, then you stick with him.

Their team is in transition. Buendia has gone, Pukki turns 32 before the season ends and Aaron's has an agreement he can go. Let hope there is no new manager bounce, the transition is a painful one and they waste the parachute money.

I would be hugely surprised if they find someone better than Farke. On the flipside, Webber has an excellent record as a sporting director and you'd think they already have a replacement lined up
Farke off on 06:42 - Nov 7 with 1428 views | solomon | Undeniably it’s a strange situation, i for one thought he’d see out the season whatever the outcome. As others have said a plan must have been in place before the game? Regardless I feel they may just pull it out of the bag, I know that’s sacrilege but Trying to stay in the worlds top league is a problem I’d love us to be having right now.,

It will probably be ex budgie Martin, Bruce or Robins. Lamport will hope somewhere like Villa becomes available Nuno will get his pay off first though a boring brand of football. Do the older managers who have semi retired need it Probably not.
Farke off on 08:33 - Nov 7 with 1259 views | daisyisabaddog | When the bookies opened the betting Frank Lampard was 6-1 and dropped to evens within half an hour. Someone obviously had a very large bet. Possibly someone called Harry. The other favourite is the manager of the Norwegian team that recently beat Roma 6-1.

Farke off on 20:15 - Nov 6 by Swansea_Blue | Whilst amusing, it’s probably best to remember that we sacked a manager after winning the local derby. Stones and glasshouses and all that. [Post edited 6 Nov 2021 20:21]

But Jim was under pressure by that stage to get results, and was taking each game as must win to stay in charge, had Town lost that game we wouldn't even remark about it now, it was in a no way a surprise even though we had won, he was replaced. This is a surprise because Farke has been doing their boards/clubs bidding, on recruitment, team selection etc yesterday wasn't a must win game for him and its the premier league there are so many reporters in and around the game at that level getting all the gossip, rumours and scoops, we knew Bruce was sacked weeks before it happened same at Spurs, and who their replacements were. This feels almost rushed into as there is an international break and they could have waited a few days easily rather than did they sack him before their bus had even got to the A140 ?

The Athletic seems to have the inside story that they'd already decided to part ways with Farke during the week, but didn't want to interrupt preparation for the game on Saturday. Cruel and cut-throat - but is what is generally needed at the top level
Farke off on 15:43 - Nov 7 with 869 views | galacticoblue | The optics on this are dreadful from a Norwich perspective. Give the manager a vote of confidence the week before, line up a manager behind Farkes back and sack him despite winning. This and the adult industry investment shambles - good decisions aren’t being made up north! 🤪
