Going to be an interesting 24 hours. 17:33 - Nov 28 with 4987 viewsJ2BLUE

If he's still here in 24 hours I think he'll get the season.

There is not a better time to act than now with two meaningless cup games. .

Truly impaired.

I don't think we will sack him off the back of beating Crewe. Had we lost or even drawn it might have been feasible.

If we are still a long way short of the top 6 by the end of December then I think the owners may want a new man to oversee the January transfer window. I would be surprised if they are not keeping abreast of the availability of a couple of managers already.

He's not going anywhere for the minute. December's going to have to be a substantial improvement on November though.

No indication he's going anywhere anytime soon.

Which is as baffling as our second half performance today.

Probably more of a parallel with Jim but regardless, we have no indication on who is going to replace him. So it seems odd to guess today was the day.

I agree, I think Cook is going to get another month, at least.

I think it's because not everyone thinks of Cook that "he’s done everything right since he’s been here", to quote your good self. In fact many think he's not doing a very good job at all.

Had we lost, maybe drawn - I would have not been shocked if Cook went, but I highly doubt they'll sack him after a win (as poor as it was).

The only way I think Cook will go now is if Ashton has identified a manager acquisition that can be a big upgrade on Cook. I don't have a clue who that would be.

Your Lambert idea was silly, but I could honestly get behind Farke. I know we shouldn't be sleeping with the enemy, but you can't deny he had Norwich playing the best football the EFL.

You're absolutely right of course he's going nowhere just the same as the team. I am sure there was some clause somewhere set by Evans that said we could not sack the manager this season. And that is why we will still be playing 3rd division football next season.
