Every time I now listen to a politician I shake my head in despair as they churn out the same meaningless crap.
It's found its way into everyday life I suppose.
Mind you, it's also fair to say corporate speak has been around for some time so maybe it's just that. Some people like the sound of it and so try it out on others thinking it sounds important.

Sounds like someone who is eager for a job if you ask me. Trying to position themself outside of the 'copy-paste-cv' bullsh1t that we're all expected to follow.
If you ask me, you should interview him and ask them to define those terms and probe how those qualities will relate to the position.
