Yep, nut based milk is the way to go.

I think that’s the point you’re making.

That’s about the only thing I don’t mind paying extra for. Criminally underpriced for years

It is funny how value is perceived across certain items. We begrudge paying £1 for a pint of milk but people happily pay that for 330ml of fizzy E numbers.

Or petrol at around 7p a litre?

(About 36p a gallon in 1972/73)

I remember buying petrol at 4s 10d per gallon in 1963.

I remember when they switched over from selling petrol by the gallon to litres on the forecourts, and all the pumps had a helpful conversion scale so you could see what it was you were now paying... and it went up to something like 50p per litre at the top end of the scale.

Someone with a nice anorak has done this...

Go shopping? We trendy young folk have our shopping delivered to the door by Ocado - well, by Tesco anyway.

I genuinely had buttered scones with my coffee this morning. Home made by HA (Higher Authority). Luverly grub.

Of the five possibilities only one seems likely. Last week my 5 yr old grandson made (with a little help from his grandma) a birthday card for his mum using pressed wild flowers and leaves!

It’s going to go through £1 very soon. The grass isn’t very nutritious at the moment and a drought is bad news for silage.

I've hung around a couple of bars this afternoon, albeit briefly.

I only had two pints of Aspalls but in that heat it was enough tbh.

Now off to the gym.

I mean sofa.
