Not sure why you taunt me over Nsiala. If you want it I'll happily remind you what a clueless one you are that is defying the facts. Yes, he was a Mr.Clean Sheet as we had a decent number of clean sheets with him. The problem was you and other clowns who used to scapegoate him at every opportunity. Any slight mistake and you were all over him while winking at the mistakes of other players. If I ask you about particular mistakes from him that led us to dropping points you will struggle to reply.

So despite every other team in the playoffs celebrating on the pitch this week, and me wondering we can’t do the same, I’m getting sh*t despite not even going on the pitch? Superb.

Rommers, I think there is a big difference between playoff games and our end of season game.
Playoffs are emotional and usually end in a pitch invasion because there is no player lap of honour and award thing.
Our last game had events planned as well as lap of honour for the players so the club asked for no pitch invasion and on the whole that was respected. It meant we got to see great scenes with the players and staff.
Had there been a big pitch invasion that couldn’t be dispersed for sometime we may never have got to see such wonderful scenes as McKenna getting the bumps and Woolfie singing to the SBR. To be honest I thought if anyone really wanted to go on the pitch they would have and that was just a small amount which was fine and it kinda worked out. I’m sorry you feel you’ve missed out but is it really a big deal.
The scenes we saw at the end of the Exeter game were much more for fun for me than running on a pitch but each to their own.
If so it would mean that there are fans of our club who put the interests of the club ahead of their own need to show off for two minutes just to prove how ‘edgy’ they are.

This is the first time I’ve mentioned a pitch invasion on this forum or elsewhere in my entire existence. I did chuckle at a couple of the threads pre-emptively moaning before we’d even been promoted though.
So when you say I’m doing it every time, what you actually mean to say is what I’ve done once in 24 years? I accept your apology.

The club told fans before the match they would be taking any pitch invasion extremely seriously including bans cause it’s an offence. The club also wanted the players to be out there with their kids, partners, parents, extended family etc. Fozzy said it wasn’t going to happen if people went on the pitch and they wouldn’t come out again. I assume most boos were for that reason as people wanted the players out celebrating.

I'm finding this debate quite strange.
We were promoted, we should be enjoying this lovely hiatus with nothing to worry about football-wise, and everything to look forward to.
Do some people actually have a deep-seated desire to argue about something, anything, if there's no real ITFC-related football debate to be had? 🤔
