I'm actually impressed we are not prepared to blow maybe 70% of our funds available (under FFP) on one player with 7 goals.
I'd have been interested at 2.5-3m with add ons but not more than that.
We need to be smart with signings, and they need to have resale value. All signings will have a risk and at £6-8m the risk/reward is not weighed in our favour. | | | |
