Booing the knee from itfc fans? 18:10 - Oct 20 with 28570 viewsMullet

Was this particularly widespread/loud? This clip seems to pick up one fella or so. Obviously, anyone doing it is an ignorant prick but I’d hope it’s totally isolated.

your views seem very binary. Not much room for nuance or opinion.

I’d suggest all well meaning supporters would be better off combatting the aggression of the young “fans” that spend the whole match baiting the oppo supporters with vile hand gestures and swearing

All those late winners in the last couple of seasons missed then?

Imagine missing one of the best moments in years on Easter Monday.

I couldn't go to the game unfortunately but this is the first I've heard of any of this.

I have read only a handful of posts but I get the feeling that there are a lot of normal bods that aren't keen on the knee - for exactly the reasons I don't like it - although of course I wouldn't boo, I would just offer a silent tut.

Personally I don't really think I should kneel for and to anyone, for whatever reason. I think it's a bit subservient - The subservient virtue signalling crouch.

A hug, a cuddle, or even a big kiss - no problem for me, fantastic in fact! I would be 100% up for that

But I'm not squatting down for anyone.

So, shoot me baby!

I get it now. You're Chris Morris, trying to argue that current Labour government is ' hard left'. I give in. Satire is still alive.

You don’t think it’s hard left!? It’s seriously hard left. As someone who voted for and embraced the positivity and centrism of Blair, I can’t understand possibly think it’s anything but.

If you think Starmer’s government is hard left, it’s probably harder to understand than you realise. Interesting thread though. Or at least an interesting insight into some of the narrative that’s being peddled around taking the knee in the PL. It’s also crackers and frightening, but interesting all the same (assuming this isn’t a Blueas wind up).

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

I’m glad someone gets it cos I don’t. Starmer is apparently far-left so hate preacher Farage must be far-right. Who the hell is dead centre?

Are you saying you don’t think Lab is not hard left? I’m a complete centrist. You shouldn’t try and pigeon hole people. It’s not “terrifying”. Terrifying is having a political Choice Starmer vs Badenoch/Jenrick!

Most people, I find, these days talk total b0llocks.

I'm not sure why, but I would say social media is a bloody good start.

Far right, far left? I don't see much of anyone being far anything at the moment.

I won't really mention Starmer because he'll blow where the money blows.

Farage, Far Right?

Wow! Good job you weren't around in the 70's! The National Front were getting awful strong.
