Absolutely brilliant performance. Same for Walton.

Obviously it took a lot for me to rate him higher than Sam parkin but I’m feeling giddy

What about Fallon in the snow?

Brenner Woolley suggested Maresca might be the last opposing manager to big him up before we play them.

On tonight’s showing, Cajuste is running him close. He’s properly top quality.

I mean they've all run their socks off, but O'Shea for me has been imperious

As an former midfield scrapper/right side distraction I always enjoy a good Quietly Efficient midfielder

Certainly one of the best performances I’ve seen of any Town player I’ve seen over the past 18 years I’ve been watching. Who would you say was that player from 20 years ago anyway?

S A Monk

Pablo or Kuqi?

We always used to argue about Pablo v Shefki back in the day. Class and Vision v Power and Desire.

Now we have Liam Delap, who has as much of each of those qualities as them combined in one player.

He took on THREE Chelsea defenders from the Half Way line, as 21 year old with less than 20 Premier League appearances, ran them ragged, got a shot on target and won a corner.

He's better than either Counago or Kuqi, and is as good as (and similar in style to) Dalian Atkinson, in my opinion.

Very Kane-esque performance and penalty.

Added another 5 million to his price this evening

He's more full on Kuqi with only a hint of Pablo. Or rather, Kuqu wearing hobnail boots and carrying a battering ram but still able to sprint quicker than Danny Haynes. I'm not sure he's human actually.

That was a proper 10/10 performance from Delap, wasn't it? Absolutely unplayable.

Mick Mills described him as a mix of Paul Mariner, David Johnson MK1 and Ray Crawford.

That's Mick Mills. Sir Bobby Robson's man on the pitch. Our most decorated captain. England captain at the World Cup.

Sit up and take notice.

He ran more tonight than I’ve ever seen, and he stayed on longer…

Is this KM knowing we have a new face coming through the doors in the next couple of days? Because he’s been taken off far earlier in other games.

We’ll be good again... one day
