RKD is having a ball.
He is back living up north (which he loves) and he seems to be doing very well.
More importantly he seems to be enjoying life and as a parent that is the best news.
He has also wrangled most away games in a corporate capacity in a voulevant sort of way, so fair play to him.
On a less positive note, when he comes home he leaves the place in a fecking mess and I get the blame baby |

My first is soon to depart the nest for the north, and whilst looking forwards to visiting her in new surrounds, I am starting to grieve already. Not sure how I’ll cope without her rinsing me on repeat.

the thing is that juries are unpredictable and they sat through it all and heard stuff we haven't. in terms of the legal system itself, the cps took the decision to pursue the charge, so the view of the cps was that there was a better than even chance of a conviction. so the cps seem to think like you, but the jury didn't. |  |

All juries are biased, right? That’s a given. They bring individual bias.
Thing is both prosecutor and defence are given the opportunity to interrogate the integrity of the jury prior to trial and agree with the judiciary on the eventual line up.
That’s how our system works.

If you read the posts I've made in this thread you'll see exactly what I'm annoyed about and that is the pure hypocrisy and double standards at play regarding this situation...
Sam Kerr and her girlfriend behaved appallingly in the back of the taxi.. threw up, refused to pay any sort of soiling charge, and then kicked and smashed the window.. the taxi driver took them to the police station, which is where Kerr launched her tirade..
There was NO need for Kerr to reference the police officers ethnicity... if she'd called him stupid and left it at that then there would have been no case to answer..
