I wonder if Young may start for Davis, because of the knock.

In terms of what KM will do I think this is quite likely. Get the subs on a lot earlier though hopefully.

You may be right, but I hope Kipre keeps his place, Greaves needs to win it back.

With the next game in just three days on 21:59 - Sep 27 with 1168 views | Garv | Why is Young in your team? Doesn't make sense to me. Palmer Furlong O'Shea Kipre Davis Azor Cajuste MacAteer Akpom Philogene Hirst I want to like Greaves and thought he was brilliant against Sheffield Utd, but Kipre looked so much calmer on the ball today apart from the ball he gave away in the first 5 mins. I worry Sergeant would pull onto Greaves and get the better of him. Kipre looks like he'll be able to handle almost any physical battle. Hirst is still the starting striker for me, just about. Haven't seen enough of Azon to suggest he can start and link play well enough. Szmodics or Akpom is a bit of a coin flip at the moment. Would be tempted to use Szmodics off the bench to put his running (and poaching if needed) to good use late in the game. He was so busy today - can't fault his effort. Needs a goal.

Cannot see there bejng that many changes at all. Maybe Greaves back in and then Nunez in, but i'd be stunned if we changed the whole front four.

With the next game in just three days on 23:25 - Sep 27 with 1037 views | Nthsuffolkblue | We need to beat Bristol City. I don't think we will make more than a couple of changes. Of course, if we can make earlier subs and rest players that will be a bonus but they are playing West Brom on Wednesday so will already have a day's less rest.

Exactly, we need to win and Bristol are 4th I believe so it's a bit disrespectful to make wholesale changes. We also need to team playing together as much as possible. There is time to recover before the Norwich match and we took our foot off the gas port early today. SB
With the next game in just three days on 05:36 - Sep 28 with 827 views | Everydayblue | One game at a time. I'd be putting a very strong side out at Bristol City. Which is a tricky fixture at the best of times. And, imo, they are a better outfit than them up the road. Palmer Furlong O'shea Greaves Davis Matusiwa Cajuste McCateer Szmodics Jaden Hirst Akpom Azon Egeli Clarke Nunez Young Kipre Walton
With the next game in just three days on 06:05 - Sep 28 with 810 views | GavTWTD | Davis is a concern. We need him fit for the Derby. I'd keep Kipre as he impressed in preseason and did little wrong yesterday. Azon for Hirst. Keep Philogene but switch 3 or 4 earlier than 70.

Very hard to tell how good they are. They are 4th, but they've had a very easy fixture list so far.

With the next game in just three days on 08:07 - Sep 28 with 646 views | NthQldITFC | I agree with the need for rotation, but that's just about every feasible change and is too much in one go I would say. Later in the season maybe, but we've got to keep the chase going at this point with our best choices while we're not fully clicking yet. I'd say rotate Davis (caution) > Young, Cajuste (fitness) > Nunez (experience for Sunday!) and then at most two more changes to the starting line-up (assuming no injuries). But I would make sure the changes up front come in no later than 60 minutes, to keep players fresh for Sunday. Probably bring Greaves back in too because whatever the naysayers say, he's still the future and needs the opportunity to get the partnership with O'Shea sorted out. That will come with KMc's tutelage and (more importantly) applied psychology, and when it does they will be a superb partnership.

With the next game in just three days on 08:23 - Sep 28 with 606 views | Herbivore | Think I'd avoid too many changes but looks to use the bench earlier. With the next game in just three days on 08:29 - Sep 28 with 582 views | ArnieM | Out of the two sides, Bristol and scum, Bristol are by a country mile the better, stronger team, Id suggest. We need to win Tues, so I'd expect fewer changes from McKenna for the next game. Making a lot of changes to "rest players for the derby game", is a fans view, Id suggest, not the manager's

With the next game in just three days on 08:50 - Sep 28 with 524 views | Bellevue_Blue | You'd have thought Jack Clarke almost certainly starts and I can see Nunez coming in for some added creativity away from home. Mcateer probably comes back in from the start for a little bit more defensive discipline as well. Changing all four of the attackers wouldn't be massively sensible IMO.

I think Nunez in for Cajuste seems pretty likely to me. McKenna and Cajuste have both talked about managing his knee issue.

Possibly, I think some of that management is coming through subbing him off in games though. I wouldn't be surprised if we see that change, although wonder if we might see it for the Norwich game for added bantz.

With the next game in just three days on 09:20 - Sep 28 with 421 views | BloomBlue | A good call. I think he'll rest Cajuste, as he started to disappear in the 2nd half, not sure if that was because the team dropped down a gear or his fitness.
