I really don't want it to be Carrick as he's Kieran's mate. O'Neil would probably be a good choice, but sounds like he's still got some credit in the bank where he'd get interest from lowly PL and top Championship clubs. Why would he be interested in a Championship relegation fight?

I can't pretend to understand the nonsense of PSR but looking at their recent accounts, not sure how much room he'd have to bring his own players in either.
