I think it is probably hard to draw comparisons between the two leagues and two teams to be honest. Managing a better team in a division and having a good record doesn't always follow to a team struggling in a very competitive division. The Championship is relentless (alright, Mark) and we are now going into a really intense period of games. He needs to instantly find a way to pick up points with a squad at the bottom of the league devoid of ideas and confidence.
Maybe, he will hit the ground running and it works for them. It will be funnier for us if it doesn't. |  | | |

Sandwiched between two managers with better records at Monaco though which may be relevant.
Might not turn out to be a bad appointment but certainly not one to get us worried I shouldn't think. Not sure most of their troubles are down to the manager anyway in fairness. |  |

I know you don't judge a book by its cover, but just saw a pic of him and guessing his assistant, reminded me of phil and grant. All i can imagine is them acting like we heard paul hirst and his best mate when they went after the likes of bart etc. they dont seem the arm over the shoulder type.

I was hoping he would have a better offer and could say 'No' to Nodge, the under performance at Rangers was mainly due to the big time Charlie attitude of the players. Clement is a decent enough manager. That being said, the problems may be the other way around with the young and inexperienced (in the main) state of the Nodge squad. He has the biggest coaching challenge of his career yet but I expect he can keep them up at least.
