Completely agree with you although I look at it marginally differently actually. Rather than it not going to plan I think it's more of a case of us keeping to the plan i.e. we identify targets and we pay up to a certain limit Vs their value and not be stupid.
Can be frustrating but this is a well run club now. We don't need to panic. We have the luxury of a very good squad that is balanced and in sync. We're looking for 'game changers' now (pun intended) with on the pitch value and re-sale value. | |
