Banana, apple, pear, blueberries, fat free greek yoghurt.

Healthy, but a tad dull.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

Made one of my summer favourites.

Pasta with pancetta, courgette, beans, chilli, garlic, onion and fresh sage all fried in olive oil with plenty of grated parmesan on top.

All veg from the garden, obviously.

Seriously tasty.

Nothing too exciting for me - as I go into town on a Thursday, I get a meal deal from Boots. Chicken Fajita wrap, packet of Sour cream and onion Popchips and a diet Red Bull.

A large plate of cynicism, served with a side of outrage. Followed by apathy for dessert. So just my normal lunch when catching up with the news of the day.

Just a couple of crumpets with Marmite.

Afternoon tea for visitors later. Salmon sandwiches, ham sandwiches*, pork pie, homemade scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. And of course some fizz (belated and combined family birthday celebrations).

I have a real weakness for sausage or bacon sarnies with ketchup on really crappy white sandwich bread
