Funnily enough I have been feeling great over the last few days. I still have four days of self-isolation to go, so perhaps what works for me is keeping as far away as possible from everyone including my own family.

Been in bed for the last7 days after testing positive. Not nice. Last time I felt as I’ll as this was 4 years ago when I got malaria 😔😔😔

After two days of incessant rain in London it's nice that it's just grey and cold this morning. Went for a short walk before work which is harder to do this time of year but helps set me up for the day.
Plus there's a Test match to watch which is a nice dose of normality. Galle looks even more appealing than it normally does in January though....
Nice. Am ramping up my running to 30/40 miles a week. I have UK Ironman in July and suspect it will go ahead. Need to get fitter than ever before. For 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike then marathon. Hoping for 12 hours ish.
Have started a bit of yoga recently to help me stretch between runs and add core strength. Have found that it is excellent for thinking time. Great for calming stress etc which I didn't expect.

That’s a lot of running. Sounds like your in the zone for your training..
Not too good actually. I've had this nagging, growing feeling that Lambert might not actually be any good. Anyone else feel the same or is it just me? Maybe I'm being a bit hasty?

Best of luck. If it's anything like my dose, you'll not feel as though you're getting better and then somewhere around 10-14 days things will quickly start to improve.
I’m just tired. I really need to gym though, but all I want to do is get back in my w@nking chariot for some kip before we arrive in port this afternoon.
I’ll probably have a preworkout drink and go do a 40 minute gym session.
Maybe take a walk on deck after, we are carrying animal hides and they are leaking all over my deck.
Pilot at 1300hrs LT. Should be alongside for 1500. Then it’s dealing with whatever port authorities turn up. We need to renew our sanitation certificate today too. That’s a 6 monthly thing.

I’m just tired. I really need to gym though, but all I want to do is get back in my w@nking chariot for some kip before we arrive in port this afternoon.
