He struggled to handle players with big personalities or those who challenged him, plus laid back players - Wilson is someone not happy to sit on the bench, it's why he got his exit from Lincoln, and why despite probably earning one, why I didn't expect him to sign a new contract here. The club will feel that we can do better at CB... Bradley, Woolfenden, Nsiala. (plus Ndaba and Baggot coming through the ranks).
So, Wilson is unlikely to get regular first team football, and is likely to be very unhappy at not playing.
Correct decision all around.
