Cool, looks like taking tommorow off as annual leave was the right thing to do then.

seems to be a fairly common happening at least locally that it's given a bit of a nasty reaction
For those who have had Boosters on 11:17 - Dec 16 with 2659 views | Freddies_Ears | Very minor upper arm ouch for 24 hours. Nowhere near the level achieved after a decent gym session, and that is well tolerable. No other issues at all.
For those who have had Boosters on 11:18 - Dec 16 with 2644 views | MattinLondon | I feel quite rundown and have a headache. Sort of a hangover feel to today if that makes sense but with the added bonus of a sore arm. Moderna [Post edited 16 Dec 2021 11:23]

Both my doses were Moderna, first was fine, second was pretty rough. Probably be Moderna today

For those who have had Boosters on 11:22 - Dec 16 with 2598 views | GlasgowBlue | Pfizer. Absolutely no issues at all. My future brother in law had the shivers for three days and was taking three of four hot baths every day.

For those who have had Boosters on 11:23 - Dec 16 with 2563 views | DrissaDiallo | Pfizer yesterday afternoon. Felt ok yesterday. Arm ache and feeling a bit lethargic today. Nothing compared to the 1st AZ one.
For those who have had Boosters on 11:24 - Dec 16 with 2557 views | Mookamoo | Pfizer booster. Bit rough for about 2 days like having a bit of a cold.
For those who have had Boosters on 11:24 - Dec 16 with 2556 views | fabian_illness | Felt a bit tired after, but did have the Mrs with me and she was talking non stop, so that could account for the yawning. Otherwise fine. Good luck. Oh, it was pppppppppfffiser
For those who have had Boosters on 11:24 - Dec 16 with 2548 views | Steve_M | Other than a slightly sore arm I was fine. Had Pfizer for all three and only had a slight reaction to the second one, felt run down for a couple of days a few days afterwards.

For those who have had Boosters on 11:28 - Dec 16 with 2504 views | PrideOfTheEast | Moderna and didn't feel great for 24 hours but that was it.
For those who have had Boosters on 11:29 - Dec 16 with 2500 views | NorthLondonBlue2 | I think it depends on which vaccines you had for doses 1 and 2. Anecdotally, I know two people who have had AZ x2 and then Pfizer for the booster who reported quite a sore arm for 2-3 days. Personally, after AZ (first dose, 2 days of feeling really ill), Pfizer (second dose, a day of feeling wobbly), I found the Pfizer booster to be barely noticeable. I guess we're all different - the most important thing is to get the booster and yes, take a day off just in case.
For those who have had Boosters on 11:30 - Dec 16 with 2492 views | NthQldITFC | Moderna. Very slightly achy arm, but virtually nothing really, for 24 hours or so. Very slight chill for a couple of hours in the evening. Other than that, hunky dory! AZ for first two with no side effects, except possibly slightly sore knee joints, but that could well be a co-incidence after cycling. [Post edited 16 Dec 2021 11:31]
