It's a toss up between him and Wes, and to be fair he deserves it, as great as Wes has been, he has the odd quiet game, where as Janoi is just consistently solid, and as others have said his back story is quite something. |
Morsy and Woolf have to be close too, and Aluko would also be there if he had had more game time, with Celina a contender also.
But I'd agree with Donacien too for all the given reasons, but actually even without the back story his performances this season have probably been worthy of him winning it. Top man. |  |

Yeah I'll go along with that, in terms of consistency and the whole season on balance. If the vote was at Christmas Bonne would've been up there, Burns has been excellent and Edmundson and Woolfenden have excelled under KM. Mentions for Morsy & Aluko too, but Aluko probably hasn't started enough games for POTS. |  |
