It's certainly a fool's narrative when compared to the actual reality of fighting injustice and looking for peace around the world. Give me one cause that was about attacking the West and not about peace/justice on its own terms?

1. TB turns out to be a right-winger (in the political sense) and therefore holds views that I don't. I'm disappointed in that but it happens.
2. It doesn't devalue him as a legendary footballer who was very good at what he did, just like, say, Peter Shilton.
3. I despise Farage and his ilk but still respect other people's differing views.
I won't watch it because I don't want to see or hear NF (ahaha) on my TV any more than can be helped but I won't be putting Butcher on my sh!t list any time soon. |  |

Last I checked Butcher was an ex footballer rather than being the (thankfully former) leader of a major political party. |
