If they have- then absolutely. Lengthy spell inside.

That said, they really are stupid, because Leeds fans being what they are, they are going to get some of their fellow Nodgers hurt midweek...

I didn't envy them going up there for the second leg before all of this. Hopefully cool heads will prevail.

Yeah not sure I would fancy Elland road at 8 o’clock on Thursday night.

Hopefully everyone behaves, this sort of behaviour is pathetic.

Some people seem able to keep things in perspective and know where to draw the line, but there seems to quite a few who don’t and get very angry at matches. I find it all a bit odd tbh. I prefer to go to matches to support Town, not to hurl abuse at other people.

Not condoning any sort of stupid behavior like this but the facts may / may not support the speculation. This is an alternative thought on the matter.................

People assuming this is true may want to wait for the facts. There was an altercation and a can was thrown causing that injury. No one was slashed and that guys “dad” who apparently had his throat cut head butted a lad shortly before hand.

I like how you're not seeking to condone and are seeking to promote that we need 'the facts' by coming here to make excuses for it, based on some very vague hearsay.

That’s why I said of the other thread that it’s assuming things are as they appear (from the Leeds fan’s social media post). You never know until all the facts come out, do I agree about jumping to conclusions off the back of social media posts.

If whoever’s been arrested is found guilty of affray though, they still deserve everything they get. Whatever the club they support

Having been too carrot rood many a time, (but I stopped going a few years ago as was fed up with the agro and sh it poor policing of the home morons). So todays incident doesn’t surprise me at all. All I would say is, the return game at Elland Road will not be for the feint hearted amongst the scum fans. They may now get more than they bargain for.

So they've pulled some sub-Football Factory sh!t in the comfort of Narwich now they've got to go up there in numbers for a highly charged game against Leeds on their own patch.

It's going to be like The Warriors but you want both sides to lose and just beat the living sh!t out of each other.

"The incident happened shortly after 2pm today (Sunday 12 May 2024) when a man aged in his 60s reported being punched outside Norwich City FC’s stadium in Carrow Road. An object is also believed to have been thrown at the victim who suffered a cut to his chin.

The victim was seen by paramedics at the scene and did not require further medical treatment."
