Having a handful of good or slightly better players costs the best part of 100 million now and, yes, doesn't get us that close to survival. We haven't wasted the 100 million, it's just we need another 100 million to even get close. |  | | |

Only 14 games in. I know over a 38 game season we can't keep saying that but it is only 14 games in with lots of new players. We need to get some wins soon or we'll be coming back down but even if we come back down we have a very good chance of bouncing straight back with his team (even if we sell the three mentioned above). | |

Muric's shot-stopping is brilliant but his decision-making on coming for the ball is poor. Came out for one tonight then stopped and then had a save to make at the expense of a corner. To compete in the EPL you need two 20-30 million players for every position, we dont have that for one position and then get a few injuries and your screwed. Leicester and Southampton already had a lot of Prem players and parachute payments we were always going to be up against it. It is what it is but at the end of the day things are much better then they were a few years ago! | | | |

Good saves. No, better than that - he’s an excellent shot stopper. Top class. I can’t remember last time we had a keeper so bad with his feet though, and that’s a problem if we want to build from the keeper. We’re giving the ball away too often and he’s a part of that. For a big lad, I wish he’d leave his line a bit more and command his area too. |  |

We're not going to have that kind of depth after being in League One in the last calendar year and just over eight weeks with protracted transfer sagas to get people in, then settled in and up to speed.

Isn't that kind of the point though? He's gone to an established premier league team, in London from a big established top flight European team. It's not a draw we necessarily have. So we buy what we can, we're fishing in the same water but they have a much better rod. We're not buying bad players, we're buying decent available players who want to come to a less established, riskier team. | | | |

Thing is people say we spent so much etc which we did.
But you still get 5 loans in the prem don't you with 2 allowed from the prem itself.
We didn't maximise the use of that. | |
