Brave move by the agent if it is him playing games. When the media like Sky, Fabrizio etc are all reporting its done subject to medical, you will get a bad rep as an agent if you are trying to change terms or tout your client to other clubs. Soon clubs will refuse to deal with the agent due to bad practices and then the player suffers as may not get the move they want.
Something just seems very weird and if things were breaking down the media usually get a clue as they have the sources that gave them the news about the deal in the 1st place. [Post edited 11 Jan 1:38]

Could be reading too much into it, difficult to judge without seeing the man in person and the delivery, but the report from Phil certainly has McK using some “interesting” language about the Philogene situation, what really caught my eye was how dismissive it sounds when he’s asked and then a worrying “until that changes, or if” referring to his signing on, something is clearly amiss, unclear what though, maybe he had the hump that paperwork hadn’t been done so he wasn’t available for this weekends game? I personally am surprised we are back in for him, because he is undoubtedly a talented player, but if his agent is just rotten, then he will either be constantly in Philogene's ear about moving elsewhere in 6 months time, or worse still, trying to tap up all our other players.
It could be hugely disruptive. If all this is just not true, then I do apologise to the individuals involved, but from the outside, this is what I would derive.
