Under the new agreement, seems that the EADT and Phil are only breaking these stories when they are as good as done, so potentially Chaplin will be signed today.
Given he made 31 starts in a Barnsley team that was in the Championship playoffs last season that's a hell of a signing.
Presumably signals the end of the Celina interest too, as I assume he'd play wide left in Cook's 4231 and we already have Piggott, Bonne and Norwood or he'd compete with Fraser for the 10.
