Predictions for tonight 08:50 - Oct 4 with 2384 views | TRUE_BLUE123 | Decent side Cambridge, think this game may frustrate at times, we may need to stay patient. I do believe in the end our quality will be too much for them. 2-0 Ipswich Chaplin to score.

Predictions for tonight on 09:05 - Oct 4 with 1886 views | Guthrum | Cambridge are very much stronger at the Abbey Stadium than on the road (4-0-2 compared with 1-1-3). Also, they've not beaten or drawn with any team currently above them, home or away.

Predictions for tonight on 09:08 - Oct 4 with 1873 views | Mookamoo | Edmundson to get the second. We're overdue a thumping header from a set piece and Cambridge will ramp up the niggly fouls to try and stop us playing football.

With three defenders getting into advanced scoring positions we are likely to be a little open at the back. This time, Bloots is correct.

….Claridge will use his pace to catch us on the counter attack, and Dublin is always dangerous from a set piece (when he isn’t showing a punter round a derelict flat up north somewhere)

Remember Claridge scoring the winner in a 1-0 win for Portsmouth here in the 90s. He milked it in front of the North stand.

Predictions for tonight on 09:47 - Oct 4 with 1697 views | Bluespeed225 | Yup, I think we all expect some top notch sh*thousery from them, but as you say, the crowd need to stay patient and keep supporting the team. I'm even expecting to go a goal down, after 30 minute period of utter domination where we have 12 attempts on goal, they have none but spawn a corner in the 4 minute of first half added time and it goes in off someones backside. we then score 4 in 2nd half...
Predictions for tonight on 12:44 - Oct 4 with 1568 views | Chondzoresk | They have to make 4 or 5 changes for tonight. We will win 3-0. Stroll in the park. Candy off a baby…etc, etc…

I'd love a game where we are 3-0 up inside 25 minutes then score a goal on 50 minutes. Then see the game out.

Predictions for tonight on 14:38 - Oct 4 with 1386 views | clive_baker | I would go along with 2-0. Think it’ll be one of those really tight Town performances. A clean sheet would of course be great especially after a bit of misfortune defensively on Saturday. Jackson will score tonight.

Predictions for tonight on 15:14 - Oct 4 with 1279 views | SamWhiteUK | 4-0, looking comfortable throughout. Two goals in the first 25 minutes.
Predictions for tonight on 15:17 - Oct 4 with 1259 views | Dubtractor | We'll be quick out of the blocks, get an early lead, and end up with a fairly comfortable 3-1 win.

Predictions for tonight on 15:17 - Oct 4 with 1244 views | Vic | I'm going 3-0 I don't like predicting big wins as it seems disrespectful to the other team, but we're playing well and with confidence. Cambridge are an average team (and if they're honest they would say that themselves) so I cant see this going any other way than a comfortable Town win.

We don't score from set pieces, you know that!
Predictions for tonight on 15:46 - Oct 4 with 1147 views | LankHenners | Score to nil victory would do very nicely. Be good to see Ladapo on the scoresheet again. Said at the time this fixture was meant to be played that McKenna (as much as he plays it down) clearly uses comparisons with last season as a motivational tool with the squad. Last season they were bang up for the game while we looked well off the pace which he'll want to correct. We know what they're about now though - physical, direct without being hoof merchants, sit with numbers to frustrate and look to get out through balls up to Ironside and play from there. Arguably the quintessential 'awkward league one opponent' but they've not had the best of times away from home and against the division's better sides so we should be able to wrap this one up.

Is that the official reason he's given? He's probably in preliminary talks in advance of a move to another club as soon as the window next opens?
