Taken all of his 'Ipswich' pictures off his Instagram. only his swindon ones left.

Taken 'footballer at Ipswich" out of his bio.

Bit of friction is probably not that uncommon at football clubs. Question is, how deep is the unrest? Could a flying start to the season calm things down?

I just don't see how that switch flicks from us winning like 4 in 20 at the end of last season, and having a flying start this

thing is chambers and skuse have been in direct comms with ME in the past, so cant believe this hasn't happened so far. ME will know whats going on, why the fck he lets it continue is anyones guess

Well he has a history of being reluctant to open his wallet, so I'll go with that for the mo.

Meanwhile, any sightings of him in the vicinity of Sandbanks ...? ;/

We have a bloated, unhappy squad, none of whom have any idea if they'll be starting. A genuinely awful manager. A clueless owner who seems to STILL have no clue how to run a football club.
And Dave Bowman is still at the club. How the fook is Mick’s mate still here in some undefined director of Football role?

Absolute fooking shambles. Scary thought is we may not have reached rock bottom yet.

I’m not really adding much to this story I know, but I can echo what some have said on this thread.

Taylor player it down but the squad photo business really didn’t go down well. A lot of unhappy players in that dressing room all related to the manager. Seen some people in twitter talking about Chambo and Skuse... player power etc. It’s all on Lambert this one

2 weeks before the season starts isn't an ideal time to get rid of the manager, but surely it's a better bet than sticking with him and letting him do further damage? ME must be able to see what's going on.

He did with Hurst and acted accordingly.

The ridiculous decision to give PL an extended deal may however impact his decision making process this time.

Evans is an incompetent who hasn’t made a correct decision in nearly thirteen years of ownership!

Appointing Mick was the only thing he's got right.

We could literally appoint any single other manager in the football league at this point and it would be an improvement.

How any one can still back this man is beyond me. It's not about "supporting your club", this guy is destroying us.

No, but he should have sacked him 18 months earlier in my opinion.

I'm not sure who, apart from his staff, he has any sort of working relationship with now.

He really is a monumental turd.

It’s almost as if he is doing it on purpose to trigger a payoff.....

He may be a sh1te manager, but I really hope he doesn't get proved to be a that much of a sh1te as a human being.

Haha forgot about Bowman still being here..... must be the easiest job in the world. Came to the club under a previous manager but does not seem to be used by the last two - why has he not been let go?

...because that went well too. Has Evans made any correct decisions? Staggering really given his other successes. He seems impervious to ridicule from some sections though.

Been reading this forum for the last few months without much comment, largely because I’ve never been more disinterested in the club despite doing nigh on 25 games last season. It seems to me that no-one knows who or what to blame any more and we’re all pointing in different directions. We feel more confused and disconnected as a fan base now than we did at the end of Mick Marmite McCarthy’s tenure and that takes some doing - utterly depressing.

Appointing McCarthy at the time was 100% the right appointment though. He did a great job with us from day one until it went sour towards the end- and i say this as someone who thought it was McCarthys time to go!
