I can’t recall all of it but I know one of them came from the keeper managing to kick the ball backwards by hitting his other leg with the swing and Bowditch got a tap in. It was surreal and couldn’t fathom how he could do it, seemed like the laws of physics had been broken. | | | |

The great thing about watching AT though was that it did feel like watching one of us playing for the Town, and I don't mean in terms of his footballing ability either.
With is talent I doubt I'd have been any different at all, used to see him in one of the pubs in Witham from time to time and always seemed like a decent bloke. | |
