Tried hard to be pro BBC, but their approach to football coverage is awful.
The problem is that ITV is no better. Don’t even start me on BT Sports and Sky.

Only started watching with 15 mins of normal time left & did my usual watching muted BBC1 with R5l comm - had to turn radio off & unmute TV, the R5l comm was so teeth-grinding - the incessant trailing of their upcoming domestic comms was beyond tedious - listeners are all going to be footie fans who already know about it. |  |

The coverage isn't too different on either channel, but itv commentators are all dreadful, and adverts every 5 minutes does my nut in. | |

I did ITV in the end, McCoist was the best commentator across the channels and better pundits - plus, the atmosphere was miles better on ITV as was so quiet on BBC so whoever sorted their sound levels out made a cock up for me |  |
